Luis Lozano, OWNER of Vibrant Visions Tattoo & Body Piercing has been tattooing for over 10 years. 

Luis was born and raised in Western Massachusetts, with over a decade in tattooing/art experience, he has always loved the idea of body art. From a young age, Luis has always had pencil and paper in his hands drawing anything that comes to mind. He even dabbled in street art and graffiti style art. After college, Luis worked in law enforcement and decided that he wanted to follow his dreams and keep working in art. As the time passed in his law enforcement career, he worked on his tattooing dreams and started perfecting his craft. 

He worked under Scott C. Kaufmann for a few years at Mystery Ink Tattoo & Body Piercing and eventually bought the tattoo shop and made it his own. Luis also does Body Piercing.

He is a well rounded tattoo artist and can do any type of tattoo that is put in front of him. Realism, coverups, black and grey, color, you name it, he can do it.
